Hugh Touchy

Hugh Touchy has more than 35 years of experience in personal injury trial law. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1989 and became licensed to practice that November. He previously graduated from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business in 1982.

His trial experience includes product liability, passenger and commercial vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, dog attacks and general negligence. He is licensed throughout Texas, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Hugh has participated in multiple published appellate opinions arising from trial-court judgments and has represented thousands of personal injury clients across Texas.
